We truly value sustainability and heirloom quality. Each and every piece is hand de-bossed upon order in our Midwest artisan studio by yours truly, on a 100 year old machine customized to our needs. The books are smyth-sewn for longevity and flexibility. The paper is not only rich to the touch, sturdy, and archival but is also made from recycled material is smartwood certified and is milled with wind power.
We are lifelong friends that have our hands in many creative endeavors, most specifically in the wedding industry. Between our combined training and experience as makers, photographers and designers, velvet raptor is the perfect home to extend our passion for creating intentional & thoughtful products with a long lifespan.
