What is your shipping policy?

velvet raptor guarantees the delivery of quality products.  your order may be shipped via ups (usa) or usps (usa and international).  every effort is taken to ship your order within 7 to 14 days of receiving it.  you can elect to rush ship your order at checkout, but please note that there is a processing time to press the product in house so the rush shipping will apply after it’s produced. if you need something quicker, we ask that you please make note of this at checkout or drop us an email to make sure it can be processed in time.  shipping cost is based on the weight, size and distance of travel. 

international customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.  these are in addition to, and not included in the cost of shipping at the time of delivery.  international returns are not accepted due to these customs fees.  we are also unable to mark items as “gift”.  we have a very high success shipping usps but there are cases where items get held up at customs, lost on a boat, or thrown away by foreign posts.  once item is shipped, we have no way of knowing the status of the shipment. 

additional fee will be applied for orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

What about returns?

returns are accepted on usa shipped items within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund less shipping and handling costs.  all returned items must be in the original condition and packaging.

*personalized and customized purchases are not returnable.

*customer is responsible for shipping costs of return.

What if the item I want or ordered is out of stock?

because our process and product are so intriciate to make, we keep our inventory lean and go into production only as often as we need to. on occasion, an item you select might be out of stock.  if this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order. 

I ordered a custom product on the site— now what?

1. Email us your artowrk!

   Artwork Specifications:

   Must be sent as a black and white .eps file

   Send to: sales@velvetraptor.com

2. We send the die in to be made —USA producer.

3. Once we receive it back in our studio, we press your item and voila! It’s ready to be shipped to you!
